The environment within which Housing Associations operate is changing rapidly. Capital support for new homes is being reduced, the benefit system through which many tenants are able to fund rents is under review, and public sector cuts are reducing lines of funding such as 'Supporting People'.  Housing Associations are therefore under pressure to deliver the homes and services that their customers need whilst achieving the best possible value for money.

Our work with organisations across both public and private sectors has equipped us with the experience and ability to help Housing Associations to remain as organisationally and financially strong as possible in the face of the challenges ahead.

At present:  We are working with one of the G15 housing association groups to help them to understand the costs of their services and to use that knowledge to deliver the most cost effective services to its customers.
